To our team at the Gran Premio Nuvolari tour last week, My wife Rosario and I would like to compliment our 2 crew members, Peter and Julius, for their cheerful and friendly approach to managing our tour. No detail was overloooked, all support was given with a positiv attitude. Not only the cars deserve compliments, but also our trip leaders! Aside from the great weather, the route selection was affording us fascinating views of the countryside. I was initially apprehensive having not been on a previous tour with your company and found my concerns to be wholly misplaced. We had a fabulous time and the organisation from your team from start to finish was impeccable. From driving top class cars which have been clearly well maintained, to the super hotel as well as the hand-picked routes alongside the fantastic dinners we could not have asked for any more. The bonus for us is that we got to meet lots of like-minded people and become friends along the way. This was truly a memorable tour and we have already booked the Sicily tour in September. Nostalgic definitely deserves five stars for this tour of Tuscany and the Mille Miglia! Their planning was obviously well thought out, and its execution was flawless. Who would have thought these five days would include so much of Alfa Romeos, Italy, and the Mille Miglia. Nostalgic’s vintage Alfa Romeo Spiders were in impeccable condition, and what fun driving a different Spider each day. Our tour guides made sure every detail was covered, working behind the scenes to assure the Spiders were always ready for action. They responded quickly and thoughtfully to every need and request. The Borgo di Vescine Hotel was perfect for our tour with interesting and upscale rooms and grounds and five star service and food. Finally, the whole point of the tour was driving the Alfas. They appeared to have just come from the showroom, and they drove beautifully. Thanks, Nostalgic!
